- Head of Policy and Research: Lead key research, policy work and systemic discrimination projects
- Head of Business Services: Lead strategic business service, including people and culture, information management and technology, finance, and business planning and performance
- Head of Education and Engagement: Lead the development and delivery of human rights education and consultancy services and play a leading role in community engagement and capability building
- Head of Legal and Dispute Resolution: Lead the technical and practical application of our laws through the provision of legal services and the Commission’s dispute resolution function
